ROTATORS
Rotators add 360 degrees revolving motion, in both directions. Rotators give operators the ability to dump or invert a load, and then immediately return to the forks to the pick-up position in one continuous motion. They are widely used anywhere it is necessary to dump bins or tote boxes.
CARTON CLAMPS
Carton Clamps allow for pallet-less material handling and are designed with warehousing, beverage, appliance and electronic industries in mind. SIDE SHIFTERS AND FORK POSITIONERS
Side Shifters and Fork Positioners allow you to hydraulically shift a load from side to side and left to right, or to position the forks closer together or further apart, without ever leaving your seat. This means less damage to pallets, product and rack, more flexibility and maneuverability with different sized pallets, improved safety and greater efficiency.
MULTIPLE/SINGLE DOUBLE HANDLERS
Designed and engineered for bottling/brewing, production, warehousing and shipping industries, Multiple and Single Double Load Handlers move more loads faster while minimizing damage. Handle a single pallet or hydraulically spread the forks and lift, carry and side shift multiple pallets side by side. These versatile handlers are great for smaller aisles, can load from the side or rear, and can be used indoors or outdoors.
PUSH PULLS
Dillon Toyota Lift offers push pull attachments that allow you to ship, receive and warehouse unit loads on inexpensive slip sheets rather than pallets. Push Pulls are heavy duty attachments for applications requiring high productivity with low maintenance. They are typically used to handle bagged products such as seeds, onions, cement, and more.
LAYER PICKERS
Beverage warehouses and distribution facilities benefit from the Layer Picker. Layer Pickers handle single layers or multiple layers of both canned and bottled product, and streamline the picking process. And, because you are clamping from all 4-sides, loads are more secure then when using a standard clamp.
